Dirt Series

[edit]

Dirt Series is not run by Rocky, but was only sponsored by them. They are no longer the sponsor, Trek is. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.68.36.170 (talk) 03:21, 24 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Reassessment to start class

[edit]

I reassessed this article to start class (from stub) after an edit by myself. I realize this may be a conflict of interest, but I feel the subject is 'starting' to be adequately covered. This is a relatively insignificant subject, so there is not much information readily available. Feel free to reassess if anyone disagrees with class=start. This reassesment is fine, i think. Not a conflict of interest to judge your own work, that's basically what editing is. —fudoreaper (talk) 00:10, 20 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Rename to 'Rocky Mountain Bicycles'?

[edit]

The current title of the article is "Rocky Mountain (company)" The text in the parentheses is required to differentiate between the bike company and Rocky mountain, an article about the Rocky mountains of North America.

Seems that instead of this awkward tag on the Rocky Mountain name, we should just use the fuller name of the company, Rocky Mountain Bicycles. The company's own contact page says "Rocky Mountain Bicycles" and the company was incorporated as Rocky Mountain Bicycles Ltd. in 1981. —Fudoreaper, 20 October 2009
